KralStroy — website and workspace for a recruitment agency

A multilingual website with vacancies and forms for a recruitment agency that sources blue-collar staff for employers in Russia, plus a single workspace for its staff: a web dashboard, an Android app, internal chat and an AI assistant.

The demo runs on made-up data, so feel free to click around.

The agency has been operating since 2019 and previously had an English-only WordPress site. The new system serves two audiences: job seekers from the CIS and Central Asia look for work and submit an application, while employers in Russia request staff or a skills check for candidates.

The website runs in Russian, Turkmen and English. It offers vacancies filtered by country, city, industry, employment type and benefits, a candidate application, employer forms, FAQ, news and reviews. A public AI assistant searches vacancies and answers visitors' questions in their language.

All applications and requests land in the web dashboard and in the staff Android app. Permissions are granted per section with checkboxes, a new request triggers a push notification on the phone, and the internal chat supports groups, photos and voice messages. The app shows data offline as well.

The key feature is the AI assistant in the dashboard. It only sees the sections the employee has access to, drafts a vacancy in three languages at once without inventing anything, and shortlists candidates for a vacancy without access to their phone numbers or emails. The assistant changes data only after the employee confirms the action with a button; the confirmation is signed on the server, so it cannot be forged.

The website and dashboard are built with Next.js, React and Tailwind CSS with next-intl, Drizzle ORM and PostgreSQL, sign-in uses Better Auth, and the assistant runs on the Vercel AI SDK with Gemini. The mobile app is built with Expo and React Native, and chat is a separate service on Bun, Elysia and Redis Streams.
