In short
This website uses no analytics or tracking tools, no advertising cookies and no social media plugins. Fonts are served from our own server. We only process personal data when you write to us or use our AI assistant.
Hosting
The website runs on a server of Contabo GmbH, Aschauer Straße 32a, 81549 Munich, Germany. When you open a page, the data technically required for that is processed. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the website securely and reliably).
Server log files
The web server may log technically necessary access data: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system. This data serves security and error analysis and is not combined with other data. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Contact form
When you write to us via the form, we store your name, your contact details, your message and the page language in our database in order to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and otherwise (f). We delete the data once it is no longer needed to handle your request, or immediately on request.
AI assistant “BridgeCore AI”
The assistant answers questions about our company and our projects. To do so, your messages are sent to the Gemini API of Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). For transfers to the USA, Google relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We do not store visitors’ conversations ourselves.
To prevent abuse, we keep your IP address in the server’s memory for up to ten minutes to limit the number of requests. Please do not enter sensitive personal data in the chat. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Cookies and local storage
We only use technically necessary storage: the selected language, the colour theme (in your browser’s local storage) and — for administrators only — the sign-in cookie of the admin area. No consent is required for this (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG), which is why there is no cookie banner.
When you email us, we process your address and your message in order to reply. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise them, write to info@bridgecore.systems.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your residence or place of work.
