Bilimler Gapysy — ERP for a language school network
A system used every day by administration, teachers, accounting, students and their parents. Designed and shipped by us end to end.
The problem
Schedules, attendance, payments and study materials lived in notebooks, spreadsheets and chats. Parents did not know whether their child attended, accounting reconciled payments by hand, and management never saw the whole network at once.
What we built
One system with a dedicated workspace per role and a mobile app for students and parents. Entry to the building is recorded by our own access control on ESP32 with an NFC reader — attendance lands in the system without manual input, and the parent gets a notification.

How we work
Rollout without stopping production

We come to the plant
We look at how the processes work today and where data gets lost. The scope of the first stage is agreed in writing.

We launch the first module
We start where the effect shows fastest. The remaining modules follow one by one, not as a single switch flip.

We migrate data and train people
We pull balances and reference data out of the old programs, and train the people who will work in the system every day.
4
We keep it running
Updates ship without stopping work. Support is contractual; access and data stay yours.
