What the system covers

Modules run on one database: a warehouse receipt shows up in finance immediately, a badge swipe lands in the timesheet. CRM for clients and suppliers is connected separately.

Production

Planning, shift progress and output accounting. You see what is running right now and where the plan slipped.

Warehouse

Receipts, issues, stocktaking and barcodes. Balances are calculated by the system, not by reconciling two spreadsheets at month end.

Finance

Statutory and management accounting, reporting. API exchange with your existing accounting software if you are not ready to move everything at once.

HR and access control

Personnel records and a timesheet filled in from the turnstile. Entry and exit events reach working-time accounting on their own.

Equipment

Machine condition monitoring and maintenance planning. We connect to SCADA and industrial protocols — OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT.

Analytics

Dashboards for every level of management and alerts on critical events. The answer to “how much did we produce today” — from a phone.

Bilimler Gapysy — ERP for a language school network

A system used every day by administration, teachers, accounting, students and their parents. Designed and shipped by us end to end.

The problem

Schedules, attendance, payments and study materials lived in notebooks, spreadsheets and chats. Parents did not know whether their child attended, accounting reconciled payments by hand, and management never saw the whole network at once.

What we built

One system with a dedicated workspace per role and a mobile app for students and parents. Entry to the building is recorded by our own access control on ESP32 with an NFC reader — attendance lands in the system without manual input, and the parent gets a notification.

Rollout without stopping production

    We come to the plant

    We look at how the processes work today and where data gets lost. The scope of the first stage is agreed in writing.

    We launch the first module

    We start where the effect shows fastest. The remaining modules follow one by one, not as a single switch flip.

    We migrate data and train people

    We pull balances and reference data out of the old programs, and train the people who will work in the system every day.

    Updates ship without stopping work. Support is contractual; access and data stay yours.
